Commissions

Many of my sculptures are commissioned.  I enjoy working with others and getting to know those who own my artwork.  Following are the steps for commissioning a sculpture.

1.  After contacting me, we will discuss the sculpture in terms of size, location, what you want to portray, and if I'll be working from photos or life, etc.

2.  I then work up two or three 6" maquettes.

3.  We decide on a design and a contract is signed.  One third of the cost is required to begin the project.

4.  After the clay is completed and approved, another 1/3 of the cost is required before the sculpture goes to the foundry to be cast.

5.  Upon completion at the foundry the final 1/3 payment is made and the sculpture is shipped.

I enjoy taking photos of the process and including those on my blog, with your permission.
